I am a registered social worker and therapist providing specialized counselling for individuals navigating complex personal, relational, and behavioural challenges. My work focuses on helping people develop greater self-awareness, accountability, and the skills needed to create meaningful and lasting change.

With many years of clinical experience, I support clients dealing with trauma, relationship difficulties, and problematic behaviours, including those who may be involved in legal or professional accountability processes. My approach is direct, respectful, and grounded in current research and evidence-based practice.
